The model proposed in the Bill, where the purchase of sex worker services is criminalised, has been denounced as harmful by the World Health Organisation, Amnesty International and the Global Alliance Against Traffic in Women. Data has shown us that this model of criminalisation leads to poorer health and safety outcomes for sex workers; that’s why we’re calling on all politicians to vote against it and instead move to fully decriminalise sex work.

We call on South Australian politicians to vote against the damaging Bill proposed by Upper House Liberal MP, Nicola Centofanti, that would criminalise the purchase of sex workers services and harm the health and safety of sex workers across the state.


We call on all South Australian politicians to vote against the harmful Bill (Summary Offences (Prostitution Law Reform) Amendment Bill 2023) introduced by Liberal MP Nicola Centofanti.
